Interactive Aptitude

Privacy policy for signing in with Google

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy covers every Interactive Aptitude product you sign in to with Google, starting with modive. It says what we learn when you sign in, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What Google sends us

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address
  3. Your profile picture

We ask Google for nothing else. We cannot read your Gmail, your Drive files, your contacts or anything else in your Google account.

How we use it

We use your name, email address and profile picture to sign you in, to show you who you are signed in as, and to let colleagues in your organization recognize you when they share work with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or anyone else. The cloud providers that run our products, such as Amazon Web Services, store it on our behalf and may not use it for anything of their own.

Where we keep it

We store it in Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States, and keep it for as long as you have an account.

Removing it

To delete your account and the information above, email us at inquiries@interactiveaptitude.com. You can also revoke our access at any time from your Google account's third-party connections page.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
